ABOUT JHW PRODUCTION, INC
In the event that Script Viking decides to produce your script
rather than represent it to the film industry, we will make our best efforts
to utilize JHW Production Inc as our production entity.
JHW Production Inc. makes independent
co-production features budgeted between $1-10 million to be distributed
worldwide. Some of our international financial collaborators are also
interested in distribution.
JHW Production Inc specializes in finding
projects for film investment that will minimize risk while safeguarding
upside profit potential, as well as providing our accumulated knowledge and
expertise in collaborating with domestic and international production
entities whose passion is making excellent movies.
FINANCING
As producers, we are first and
foremost interested in the creative aspects of the projects. But, if we find
your script commercially appealing, it's possible we can secure 50% of the
budget from our partners.
We will be operating primarily through
partnership agreements, and we have excellent contacts: Filmmakers, TV
networks, production companies and independent investors in the US, Canada,
and overseas (Italy, Germany, Australia, Denmark, Poland, Holland). Because
of these alliances, we are able to attract actors, producers and writers
willing to work for a fraction of big studio budgets, which will maximize
the production on screen value beyond our production cost.
FINANCIAL PARTNERSHIPS
If our partners come up with 50 % of the budget, we become 50/50
partners creatively and financially -- and we share day-to-day creative
control and all net revenue equally.

Short Straw: Feature based on a true story by Jorn H. Winther. Developed
by Jorn and Peter Winther. Written by Jorn Winther, Director Peter Winther
(co-producer "Independence Day", "Godzilla", "The Patriot"). Shooting next
spring in Denmark.
IN DEVELOPMENT
Cool Guys: Feature written by Riccardo Irrera, Alessandro Pondi and
Jørn Winther. Produced by Gianluca Lazzaroni. Slated to direct Jørn Winther.
Starring Harvey Keitel.
Death and Redemption: A documentary
to be shot at Vacaville Prison.
Friends and Lovers: International TV
dramatic series; Negotiating with Poland, Germany, Ireland and Australia.
Seriously Funny: A TV comedy series;
a Prime Time 30-minute comedy.
