I would be honored to have Jorn evaluate any of my scripts and would listen very carefully to his suggestions and advice to help make my project more commercially viable.

EVALUATION

One analyst reads your ENTIRE script and delivers a written evaluation to you (see sample evaluation). We will make our best efforts to complete the reading and evaluation within two weeks from date of submission.

If your work receives a recommend, we invest our time in YOU by having a second analyst read, evaluate and critique your work at no additional cost to you.

If both analysts recommend your work, our company's producer will determine if the script is exceptional as is. If so, Script Viking might decide to represent it with no further development. If our company's producer determines that your script needs further development, Script Viking will offer you the opportunity to work with our creative development team. (See Development).

Even if you don't receive a recommend, our analysts -- through their positive and helpful critiques -- will have provided creative guidance that should help move you closer to your ultimate goal of writing a script that is worthy of development and production.

However, our evaluation form rates the writer as well as the story, and it's quite possible that our analysts don't like your story but are impressed with your style and form. In this case, we will recommend you to Studios, TV Networks, Independent Production Companies or a specific series as a developer or episodic writer.

You can also choose to have two or three evaluations of the same script. Many production executives believe this gives a writer a more balanced critique. They say: “If you just have one critique, you might give it such a sense of importance it might take your own sense of judgment away from you.”
